I had placed a “subscribe to save” order for diapers for 9 months. This order was worth Rs. 3150, where I was supposed to receive diapers worth Rs. 500 every month for 9 months.

For the first 2 months I received the diapers after I placed the order on phone. Then suddenly in August, their customer care numbers stopped working, and I could not place any more orders.
I emailed the customer care, asking them to place an order. I got a response saying that they were having supply issues and would not be able to take the order. They said they will be able to cancel the subscription instead. I replied saying they should go ahead with the cancellation and received a conformation mail saying my subscription has been cancelled and the refund will be processed. Since then, it has been more than a month and I am yet receive the refund. Repeated mails either get not response or only a one liner saying that the refund is in process.
The status of the subscription shows as pending. The order status is shown as shipped. I am attaching the screen shots of the order and subscription Was this information helpful? |
