we are residents of 25-74, venkat ram reddy Nagar, Near gandhinagar, chintal Hyderabad - 500053 not getting water since 6 months and absolutely there is no response from either local office . We have lodged many complaints to local office . But there is at least no action of response. So we would like to know for what reason we are paying the water bill for this many days even for not using we don't understand. The total line itself no water supply for many of houses.
please Kindly just look in to this and try to give us a possible solution.

Dear sir,
I got connection last five months back first one month no water problem. But now water pressure is very low like drops and its timing is 1:00 or 1:30 am with low pressure. Is it good timing? I got connection @ Rs.10, 000/- and he give it from200mts.away. All Patelnagar Bandalaguda peoples are disappointed one singal servey Inspector not visited in singal house without it how authourity sanction new connection and onething its very shockable that from last 5 to 6 moths that waterbill is not received any body. And now we request to Shamshergunj office they saying that go to Maisaram lane office (it is located in C.R.P.F. Campus) they also know very well all this.
So I request Authority to give water with pressure.and Inquiry for this connection.

We are staying here from the past 3years and are facing water problem. All the individuals of the independent houses and the Apartments in the colony, have been regularly paying the taxes to the Alwal Municipality and the Electricty department, without any defaults, but still we have been deprived of the water supply connection.
All our surrounding areas i.e Suryanagar colony Phase-II, Ambedkar Nagar etc, are getting water supply, but there is no water supply to our place. We have complained to the Municipal office a number of times regarding this problem, and have completed the necessary formalities too but we have not yet got the water supply connection facility.
Are we not eligible to get the Water Supply Connection to our colony, kindly let us know the reason, for which there is a delay in the water supply connection to our colony. Kindly let us know the exact reason so that we can proceed further and take the required action to get water connection to our colony.

i am g d naidu residing at bhagat singh nagar, neredmet rk puram (po) secunderabad 56 and my house no is 29-266. my request is i had received water bill on 21/8/2010 amount is rs 4852/- approx and payment due date is given on04/09/2010.my request is i had taken my water connection by paying rs 8000/ being a pink card holder since that day i am requesting to the authorities including line man for water, all my requests are invain, i sent several sms to water works manager mr Ramakrishna to visit our site while water is comming . but there is no action. people taken connections from main line with out prior permission of authorities and getting full of water. We are very near to sainik puri water works no body is intrested to visit our site, why these departmental people not checked the proper connection which was sanctioned by commissioner with blue print.
My request is pl come and see during the water supplied by line man and serve bills to them those who are getting full of water, and do not serve the bills those who are not getting water, and also take this huge amount in instalment basis so that one can pay easily, and also take action of against the persons who were given un authorised connection.I hope my complaint must be seen by higher authority. We are facing lot of problems as we are not able to get enough drinking water also. We are also not having bore water lines in our street.

I am Shaik Saidiq resident of Sulthan Nagar Erragadda. In our lane (Sulthan nagar new lane) the water supply is very low in all seasons, inspite of lot of complaints and reminders the officers in the concerned section is not taking any proper and permanent measures to supply adequate water. We have also request to connect the line to the direct and main lines nearby to boost the pressure but nothing is happenning. I am a resident of Chandragiri Colony situated in Sainikpuri comes under Alwal Muncipality. We are staying here from last 5years and now the colony grown around having 200 families with all individual as well as an Apartment in the Colony.
We are all paying all the taxes regularly to the Alwal Muncipality and Electricity Dept.
Are we still not eligible to get the Water Supply Connection to our colony, if this is the case what might be the reason? Pls. let us know the reason so that we proceed further as per instructions.
