Dear Sir/Madam,I am a resident of Palam Villag, New Delhi.
Usually we get water supply in midnight between 2-3am only. But from last 14-15 days, we even not get a single drop of water.
Few days back we came to know that the pipeline of water is leaked near to our home but nobody is looking after it.
Regarding water supply we already informed Delhi jal board several time but there is no action but now as if there is some wrong with pipe line i request DJB to take action as we are not getting sufficient quantity of water and whatever gets is not proper clear, due to which we are suffering with viral and stomach problems...

At the time of lying the water pipes there is a separate line provided to all the 138 houses and another line is provided for 04 houses i.e., Plot No: 18, 19, 20 and 21 which is going to big apartments. Due to this we are not getting the water regularly/ever after alternate day for these 04 Houses i.e., Plot No: 18, 19, 20 and 21.
We have already communicated the same problem to your kind self through written representation long back. After receipt of our communication your officials informed that the problem will be sorted out after laying the separate pipe line to these 04 Houses. So, far nothing is materialized even after more than one year. When ever we call, your officials are telling some of the other reasons.

I, the resident of 8-4-369/300/A, swaraj Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad. for past 60 days we are not getting water pressure and No water supply for past 10 days. Several times I complained to your cell. I am resident of Gayathrinagar, Moulaali the supply of water in our area is very erratic .we used to get water in 5-6 days during summer but after the good monsoons it has changed it is released as per the wishes of the operator of the water tank when ever we approch him he gives lame excuses like that the motor is not working or there is no water.Its requested to please look into our problem and do the needful and ensure us that we get water in atleast in 4 days.

- though we are a consumer of HMWS&SB we are totally at the mercy of your line man Bikshapathi (area Anand Colony, Bowenpally).
- upon his taking over the line job (due to the sad demise of the then Mallesh), this fellow is extorting money from almost all residents. He will not supply water on alternate days. Whenever we approach him he simply says you have no brain there is no pressure in the tank and I am unable to supply you water. This is not the way which expect a line man behave with a consumer. He also asks where from I will get water, if you people give me money I will arrange for water and it will be better than you people getting tankers.
- today is the 13th day, without supply of water. He has been doing this since 3rd week of February 2011 and even if the water supplied, it will not last for even 15 minutes duration.
- There is no specific time and we need to keep constant vigil on the water tap throughout the day. We hope you will appreciate that this is humanely not possible.
- we do understand that this line man is diverting the water to Flats and collecting money from them.
- whenever this line man is on leave, if some other person opens the line, we get water supply for about 45 minutes to one hour.
- added to all these woes there are about 150 connections on this 4" line and almost all the people suck the water through motors. We 6 - 8 families are at the extreme end of the supply line and we do not get water.
- This has been happening on the onset of summer every year and our complaints to your Hasmathpet office has not yielded any results.
- He also does all unauthorised activities in the water line such as reducing the flow etc and all our efforts to please him has not yielded any results as he is becoming greedy day by day.
We hope you will understand the gravity of situation and shift this line man to some other area so that we are not put into precarious situation of begging to your line man for drinking water and wasting our whole time in anticipation of water. Needless to mention here that this area of Bowenpally is rocky area and bore water also is not available. We are totally dependent on water supply and or tankers at our cost.

Hyderabad Metro Water — Worst quality water supply
I am a resident of Charminar East, Hyderabad. Past 3 water supply days we are subjected to very bad, smelly and black coloured water, which is supplied during early morning hours between 5am and 8am. The complaint registration facility on www.hyderabadwater.gov.in doesn't work. This problem had also been observed earlier a couple of months back. I request the concerned authorities to urgently look into this matter and take quick action to restore good quality drinking water.
