metre reading not taken

my user CA NO. IS CAN ; 024262556, THE METRE READER NEVER COMES INTO THE HOUSE AND NOTED SOME THING OUTSIDE THE GATE AND ISSUES A SLIP STATING THAT THE METRE IS UNDER REPAIRS. IF ANY OTHER PERSON IS DEPUTED THEN HE CAN EASILY SEE THAT THE METRE IS RUNNING. HENCE IT IS HUMBLY REQUESTED THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES MAY KINDLY DEPUTE ONE RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER PERSONALLY AND PLEASE REDRESS MY GRIEVANCE EARLY, AS I AM SENIOR CITIZEN AGED ABOUT 76 YEARS.
AN EARLY ACTION IN THE MATTER WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

it is seen that day by day the hyderabad metro water supply organisation is doing nothing except taking salary for the entire month without working or discharging their duties. it is most heartening to note that even the ladies are coming on the street and staging dharnas and also protesting for water., but in vain. may i request the concerned authorities at least to rise to the occasion and pl. help the needy people, as the water is the most urgent need of the persons.
