[Resolved]  Hyundai — I20 defective in just 3 weeks of delivery

I have got my i20 delivered just 3 weeks ago and it has stopped working. The car was towed away after much hue and cry as the service people didn't wish to come on SUNDAY! Then I have been told after running pillars that the part is not available and will take at least 5 days ( I really don't know the limit of AT MOST). These people don't have any escalation matrix in place and nobody responds to your calls at the customer care number after once call as they have Caller IDs!!! They don't have any service policy.

I really wouldn't recommend them to anybody!!

We too got a i20 and are faacing problems with parts burning out and are extremely frustrated. We are having thoughts of taking this to consumer court so that the customer is not left cheated by such low quality conscious companies
I brought a i20 CRDi from Trident Hyundai, Bangalore and I am facing lot of problems with it since 6 months. I have been running from pillar to post since the last 6 months but the problems are yet to be rectified. I have gone to different service centers of Trident Hyundai over 20 times and am completely frustrated and depressed. I have now decided to approach the consumer forum to seek justice and get my car replaced. I have never had the feeling of driving a new car .. a second hand Mauthi feels better than this. Suggest that we go as a group to the forum.

i am from faridabad and i am driving my i 20 crdi from the last 6 months and facing problems with steering assembly and with airconditioning as well..this is the last time i am complaining as i m frustrated going to the service station again and again...i completely agree with mr. subramanya...
