Hyundai — Delay in repairs / False promises | |||
I am very dissapointed, after experiencing the real customer support by Hyundai motor services, Commerical Hyundai dehradun. Its almost now 12 days and their is no work started on my i 20. Infact after 12 days also they dont have a spare axle tube and tyre /rim for i 20. I dnt understand how a workshop doesnt have even one spare for each type of car model. it took 3-4 days only for insurance claim settlements, which Hyundai workshop manager and insurance company surveyor were murmuring and laughing between themselves. M facing a lot of problems without my car and request u to look to this matter urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its almost now more than 3 months and i doesnt get delivery of my car on fixed date which was given by dealer to me, and after the said date i doesnt get any follow up of my car or rather progress report of repairing of my car .
I dnt understand how a workshop run, and why they didnt call me or respond me . i also done so many mail finally i issued a notice from my lawyer and also send a copy of the same wiyh full detail by fax, and now i personally feel that i have no any alternative except approaching the court of law, as well as consumer court, and in that case i joined all higher authority of hyundai company as a party, i say this words with very sorrey but i mentally herass to much from the attitude of the company and all customer care centre because they didnt respond me
at present i aM facing a lot of problems without my car and request u to look to this matter urgently. please contact me on [protected] or [protected]

Hyundai Dealor — False promises.
Sir/Madam,This is bring to your notice the harassment faced by my self as well as friend VIshal during the purchase of two cars from SHREENATH HYUNDAI dealers of your car at Mumbai.
I had planned to buy GETZ and my friend Vishal was going for Santro.
On the first day of our visit to the showroom viz . 11th September 2008, we were told by the sale person Mr. Santosh that the discounts given by the dealer be as :
1) Teflon coating
2) Anti rust
3) 2 back speakers (as front 2 are already there with the music system free of cost).
4) Matting and Mudflaps.
5) Extended warranty.
This benefits were supposed to given to myself . Vishal was also being given the same lest the music system with speakers were not there, instead they were giving him free insurance.
Later on as we made the advance payments for the booking of the car, I was told by Mr. Harikesh that back 2 speakers cannot be given as it is not in their scheme. I told them to confirm it from Santosh the guy who made these commitments to me. Later when they were not budging I had to call Santosh to clarify the matter. He called me and my friend Vishal and told that he is very sorry for the 2 back speakers .
Well later when the car was delivered we found out that Teflon coating was missing . On reporting the matter to the dealer they quickly backed out saying that only car polish is given by them and not Teflon. Even after much argument by both o[censored]s, the dealer was unable to help us out.
I was not given the gold coin as per Hyundai Scheme, sighting the reason by Harikesh that
I should have taken it the day of delivery and now since that day has passed so they wont give me the gold coin. To this we took their case strongly and after 2 hours of heated argument I was given the coin.
It was a nightmare of our life that after paying full for the car, we had to beg for things promised before hand to us.
We had also lodged complain to your Delhi office and was given assurance by Mr. Moorthy
I strongly take this harassment of both me and my friend Vishal .
I request Hyundai Motors to take action against them for their in hospitality, stubbornness, irrational and unkind behaviour of the Shreenath Hyundai .
I will make sure that our experience with them doesn't go unheard by the higher authorities.
And frankly speaking, would never advise any of my known to buy any product from Shreenath Motors.
