[Resolved]  Hyundai i10 — Clutch Burnout in eight months

I had purchased a Hyundai i10 from St Antony's Cars pvt ltd, Kollam on 31 Aug 09. On 11 May 10 while driving the car under normal conditions within the town, there was a strong burning smell. On taking to the service agency they said the Clutch had burned out and needs replacement. The clutch burnout in the new car could only have occured due to faulty manufacture/defect in the car. On searching the net I found that others have made this complaint as well. The company should reimburse the cost of Rs 3500 to me.
