[Resolved] Hyundai Verna Crdi Sx — Complete ignorance of customer service!! | |||
I bought Verna SX CRDi on May 26, 2009 from the dealer Bharat Hyundai, Gangashahar Road, Near Rail Dada Bari, P.O. Gangashahar , Bikaner. While I was taking my brand new Verna from the showroom to my home town, hanumangarh, there was a noise in the car and the speedometer stopped working. I called the Bikaner dealer and they asked me to visit the service station at Shri Ganganagar city. The dealer's behavior was astonishingly contrary to what Hyundai claims to be. The dealer did not care at all about the problem that we faced. The dealer was concerned only up to the point of sale. Before that he was ready to clean the car even with his handkerchief. But afterwards he was not concerned at all. There is one more problem. At the time of purchase, there was an offer from Hyundai that if we sell our old car and provide the copy of transfer papers, we will get a cheque of Rs. 20000. We have submitted the papers to the dealer as per the stipulated time. Whenever we inquired about the amount that we have to get from Hyundai, the standard reply that we got from them are: * "We still have not got your papers" * "We have sent the docs to the company and awaiting for the reply” I even sent a mail to [protected]@hmil.net explaining the nature of the complaint. I got a response that I will be contacted by the dealer. The dealer contacted me within 3 days but in vain. He was not ready to listen to anything. He told me that he has not received the papers. Then I told him the courier delivery date and courier number. After that he accepted that he has received the papers but are rejected by the company. I again wrote to Hyundai Motors explaining the status. But they never listen. Whenever I send a mail to Hyundai Motors, I get a system generated reply from their side. They dont even care to read the complaint. I will just say that don't trust Hyundai and its dealers and never ever believe in their offers. They are big time cheaters and don't believe in customer service. Go for any car other than Hyundai. I had never experienced such kind of ignorance and fraud with other car companies. I have sent a mail to Hyundai previously also but there is no reply yet. Having felt such an experience, I think Hyundai does not believe in a concept called "Customer Care and Service".
