In continuation to bellow email, myself have received SMS on mobile from your end (From Mobile No.[protected]) on 11.03.2011, stating as your product will be shipped in next 24 hours but after lapse of 5 days (My order is of dated 04.03.2011 lapsed of more than 10 days) but still product not reach to me.

Can you reply that by which courier have despatch and their Consignment Note number.

Without further delay pl. acknowledge and inform by email the actual position of despatch from your end.

Hope for immediate action.

Pl. if product not reach within 3 days may I have forced to file a complaint with police authority.

    he said your order will reached tomorrow afternoon but still now your great product not reach to me.I have called to your call center he gave me number of Distributor

    Number is[protected].He is asking me that You have not received yet,he said i will call you in 5 mints.his phone call also came but he said delivery man Cant

    Deliver to you because he is SEEK.this type of Reason is giving by you after ordering ???.

      I had ordered on-line through Website www.tvcskyshop.com on 24/02/2011.
      I had ordered 2 units of slicer dicer for Rs.1580/- (Each @ Rs.790/-). I had made payment using my VISA credit card successfully.

      The message Transaction Successful Your Transaction Id is TR[protected] and the order number given to me online was OW00004434.

      I had contacted their call-center[protected] several times (At least 6 to 8 times). Their call center informs that my payment is not received by them.
      Hence, I had sent my bank statement wherein the payment detalis of Rs.1580/- was effected by my bank successfully.

      After this the call center was reluctant to connect to their supervisor or manager so that I can complain to him. I tried to contact the corporate office as per the telno given on the web site.ie Tel.:[protected]. twice. The person answering was reluctant to connect to the corporate officials and disconnected the phone without listening to me.

      I had also sent a mail to them to their mail address Email:[protected]@tvcskyshop.com, nothing happened.

      No responsible person is ready to talk to me or even replied my e-mail, phone calls.

      as of today, I am yet to receive my product after expiry of 17 to 18 days. where as their site and the call center announcements are that they are sending the products so as to reach the customer within 48 hours of ordering the product.

      Nothing has happened to me.

      Kindly help me to get my product or money back with interest.

          Hi,

          I ordered an iBook from the TVC Skyshop website on 2nd March 2011. It took me to the payment page and after I entered the details, it gave me an error. So, I called up Customer Care where I was told that no order was placed from my end. I tried again from the same website and same thing happened again. I called up CC again and was told that they have not received the order hence I can place the order on the phone. So I placed the order over the phone though was not able to make the payment as I did not have an OTP for my credit Card.

          They said they would be calling in an hour to confirm the payment, though never did.

          Later, when i checked my account, i found out that Rs. 7490 were debited from my account twice (for the two orders placed on the website). Later in the night i recieved three order confirmation number for the same product and the SMS said it will be shipped out in 24 hours.

          Since then i have been calling the Customer Service everyday. I have neither received my product, nor the refund has been made to me. TVC Skyshop is sitting on my Rs. 15000 without giving me any ETA for either product delivery or refund of my payment.

          Now some observations:

          - There are two different phone numbers. One for ordering and one for Custome Service
          - If you want to order then your call is answered in mere 10 seconds
          - If you want to get to Customer Care it will take you at least 10 mins
          - None of the representatives have any clue about where the order is or when the refund will happen
          - They just give you some weird commitment that the refund would be credited he next day and try to get off the phone
          - It took me 15 mins of yelling to convince the rep to get in supervisor.
          - Supervisor was even worse. He again gave some absurd commitment and closed the call
          - They don't even have a clue when the product will be shipped out
          - I tried sending a mail to their support email address. Its been 10 days and i have not received any response

          As of now this is i want them to do:

          - I currently have 3 order confirmation numbers (OC2573246, OC2573995, and OC2573999)
          - Out of which one order (OC2573246) is already cancelled as it was phone order and i had not made any payments
          - I want out of the other two, one to be cancelled and Rs. 7490 to be credited back to my account
          - The product to be shipped out to me ASAP since its already 10 days that i have paid for it.

          Since i have now tried reaching out to the company and have not got any response hence i am forced to submit a complain for the same.

          Hope any get this issue resolved.

          i too have been hanged up for a icon g 11 dual sim mobile phone. i placed the order on 10 march 2011 & still no received the product i would have called them up more than 7 times & every time they say your product will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days.

          Hey tell me first how can you be so irresponsible with credit card payment mode. If you had a problem once shouldn't you had consulted to you concern bank first. And don't you know how these IVR's are they are same in all companies so you can't blame them either. Might be due to clash in 2 orders with same product and same address the order has been put on hold. So try talking to customer support again.
          I am a user of this same Ibook and honeshtly I like it. Its light, fast and sufficently useful product for my daily chores
          Apparently I've only heard all positive comment of Ibook. this is really excellent product. I can't accept that it has any negative points in ti.
          This could be somehow but the experience I had from this Ibook is going fine I have taken 9 Ibook and given each to my salesboys who go for field trips and market reaserch
          My my veiw I book is awesome i had booked it on march 24th and made a Credit Card payment. I had got my product in 7 days. Ya during my second booking I had minor problem but that too was delay of 2 days.

            So cheap Mobile. Check out your mobiles back panel and press a little harder and it will break into pieces.

            I Sagar Rajendra Patni has ordered from you “IKON” Mobile (Vide Order Number - OC2602270)
            Within 10 days of purchase the mobile stop working and nothing is displayed on mobile, so I sent the mobile at your office at Mumbai for repair.
            Almost 3 months has been gone but there is no response from your side, I have made 250-300 calls at your office (and I have record of all calls made) most of the time they are saying that the mobile will be delivered to you within a week and rest of the time they are keeping the phone on hold and not responding even after waiting for half hour.
            The mobile is in warranty for six months and from 3 months the mobile is with you, I have not even used the mobile for a month also.

            This is very fraudulent behavior from your side and I am getting frustrated by calling each day at your office, This type of treatment is not expected from the esteemed company like you.

            I want you to take the proper action in this regard and give us the feedback in today only, otherwise I will have to complaint at consumer protection department and I will give this fraudulent treatment in newspaper also.

              I have ordered for perfect nail kit 1 month before and i have made the advanced payment too but still i have not got my product inspite of requesting and complaining to customer-care number, none of the customer care people are taking this issue seriously . Past one month am calling you people for my product delivery but till now product is not dispatched itself . Its really not a professional way of doing business . I have ordered this for some particular occasion but i din get it yet . I really got fed-up of calling customer care number again and again, none of the online shopping website is taking this much time to deliver one product. Kindly take this issue seriously and do the needful ASAP or else i have to take legal action against TVC SKY Shopping.

                I made a purchase of 16gb spy pen from TVC Skyshop in month of Jan 2011. But from day one the pen is not working. I tried writing mails to them but they are not bothered to reply nor I am able to get through their customer care number. Every time they promise of a call back that I have never received.

                  The advertisement mentioned `broadband' due to which I decided to buy for use during my travelling. When I tried to use my Airtel wireless broadband connection on it, it did not work. I sent mail for which they did not reply. They changed their advertisemnt to ` Cable Broadband'.

                    I received product spy pen 16 GB. from tvc skyshop on dtd. 19 th jan. 2011 from mahagao depot.dist, Yavatmal My order no. OC25133155 but still received date the pen video not working properly. Just 3 or 5 minuets recording after then stop automatically and only many vlc icon found. I tried Best of my knowledge and level to work it properly, reset also, but the problem not solved still today. So I want to know what’s the problem in my pen, and what can I do for this ? Its not recording not turn off blue light still reset it, and found only 72 mb.memory insted of 16 G.B. So please advice me to what I do ? As per ur advertisement compony assured 6 months warranty on this product, so please give me advise to work it properly so i want to replace my product instantly. i Already sent many mail to customer care/also contact but still not'
                    given me advoice about the product and not reply me from ur compony, as per ur compony term and condition product found fauly or not working it will be replaced within 48 hours. but it's a wonder from 45 days i will sent my complaint by mail to your customer care centre/[protected]@tvcskyshop. etc. but no answer from ur side. so i want to know can i go to consumer forum to solved my problems or compony given me replacement/or refund. please take a serious and quick action about this mail.

                    After formatting spy pen (16GB), it is just showing 67MB space, it is very disappointing

                      i had purched a ICON G4 MOBILE ON 3RD FEBRUARY 2011 FROM TVC SKY SHOP. I booked it on 2nd february . my system order no is OC2547643 . WITH IN 10 DAYS mobile phone did not work . No incoming calls and outgoing calls possible my phone did not read sim card it was a dual sim phone but not a single sim card functioning my sim is perfectelly ok. i have made several time complaint through thier consumer help line but they did not make a single attempt to repair or replace my mobile phone .                           I have ordered icam 16 on 24th December 2010, OC No:-2498567 and I received the camera on 31st January 2011 but after 2 days the display screen of that camera is not working. After this problem, I had complained to TVC on 2nd February 2011 and 7th February 2011, complain No is:[protected]. But till today I have not received 2nd camera and TVC has not responded even.                           The Only reason I disagree is that I have also received same product from tvc a gift for being 1 of oldest customer. It is still working fine and I enjoy making videos in it.
                          Hii Mr. raghuwan even i am also using the same product from last few months and i am fully satisfy with this product, once i got a small complaint with it but i got a very good response from customer care and i am also very happy with its after sale service, i like this product

                          i had purchase a i cam 16 from tvc skyshop in the month of april 2011.they send me just the digital cam without the bill and the gift dhanlaxmi yantra.when i m calling them on the given no it says ur call can not be completed.please help me.my register mobile no is [protected]
                          According to me Mr Jigar is absolutely right it is a awesome product with good features. And i am totally satisfied with my ICAM 16.

My order no is OC2552080 & Customer Code is C1163026..I have complied about that at your office on a given customer number and I really felt UNSATISFIED with your workers reply.Its better for you to return my money back or give me the replacement of that big-container.

                            ITS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO SATISFY UR CUSTOMERS' NEED FIRST, RATHER CHEATING THEM BY PROVIDING BROKEN PRODUCTS.

                            i had purchased a mobile phone icon g4 on 4 th of april 2011 n it has stopped working within 9 days. the touch screen is nt working at all. if we open the message inbox radio starts n its touch has stopped working. i m calling the customer care but it showing that they are busy only. so it is really difficult to contact them. kindly do the needful n be oblige

                              The features which are given in the advertisement and the features which are in the product are not same. there is some unuseful features are also in the product like biting finger lighter etc which are totally useless and nounscence.
                              So I request to all our customers to avoide for buying the product from TVC sky shop

                              i had exactly the same problem with my handset, I gave a complaint regarding this, and I was helped out with the softwares of the mobile, since then m using the same handset, also it has almost the same features as the iphone has. SO ITS QUITE WORTHFUL @ SO LESS PRICE!!!
                              I agree with sam because I like the features being given in the Icon g5 since even i am using the same product. These feature are symbol of its fine touch and smart sensors and not nonsense.
                              With the help of customer care, U would have solved your problem as in the same case I did!!!
                              I am also victim of this company. I purchased Merlin 123 grinder but on delivery defective piece was sent. In spite of repeated complain on customer care no. and E mail to [protected]@tvcskyshop.com, item was not replaced till date.It's very sorry to say that as they claim in advertisement, fact is totally opposite. very poor quality product and poor after sale service.
                              I don't stand to your complaint infact the application which you said lighter, and biting etc are found only in I phone like mobiles. It can't be found that easily. I rather Like this feature.

                                I had purchase a slender sheper on 18 Aug 2010 for Rs 4990 and next day when want to operate, it did not started so I lodge a complain through customer care number [protected], the attendant told me that the product will be replaced within 07 days.Afterward I had contacted customer care no several times and getting the same reply.Now, after 4 month the product not replaced and telling it was on process.Now I do not want the product and want casah back do the needful.

                                If you ask my opnion of slender shaper i have lost 2 inches of fat and got a good look due to it.
                                yes i do agree with mrs Annie braganza even i had order the slender shaper product currently i am using the product i had lost 4 inces of fat from my body in last 2 months.
                                Yeah it is a result oriented product even i lost 8 kg weight in just 2 months.
                                Even i am using the same TVC slender shaper and i have lost about 5 kg in last 2 months

                                    My son purchased selender shaper from TVC shy shop. It was deliverd after
                                    24days after repeted mails.
                                    On 9th Nov it was delivered & after that it was found the remote is not functioning properly & the next days it stopped working.
                                    Now he is making compaint regularly but no reply is recived.
                                    When i called their toll free number , I am asked to send the shaper by courier (cartage paid)to their Thane branch for repaing & they are not ready to change the deffected product.

                                    I agree with you. Even, i purchased a Cooking King with Free Silcer Dicer from them last month. First time i received the product in a damaged condition. I called customer service, they asked me send the product back to their Mira Road office. I paid the cartidge and send the same. After 15 days, i recieved the product again in the damaged condition. After making several calls, they said they cannot change and i can get it repaired from the local vendor. What the is this?

                                    Pathetic Service, Worst quality of products and no customer service.

They cheated to me also by sending a Mini Laptop with Windows Ce installed which is a Useless Software and doesn't allow any other Softwares like Broadband Internet or Printing Software to be installed on Windows Ce and the company also doesn't give options for Changing it to Windows XP. That means TVC Skyshop Ltd. is a complete fraud company of all times. If you can complaint against them in Press or Register a Case with Consumer Court or any other Courts in Mumbai or in India, then only the Company can be taught a Lesson.                                       I purchased a merlin 123 three months back and it worked well.Now its faults are surfaced, the blades are nor working properly. To replace the blades i wanted to contact the customer care several time but no body is responding to my several call. It is disgusting and i feel cheated by the TVC sky Shop As the product cover warranty to rectify the error.

                                      I totally disagree with you mr shoaib shadmani even i have purchased a product called merlin 123 and now two months ago its working in a good condition
                                      Ya i agree with Mr Raju because when i purchased Merlin123 there was no problem in it but after 3 months there was a little problem in its blade when i contactaed customer care that problem was solved within a week
                                      As Mr Shoaib shadmani said even i had purchase a product Merlin 123 around six months back, and uptill now, it is working in good condition. in between there was getting problem related with its jar but later when i contacted customer care the problem was solved within a week, the jar was replaced by them
                                      Ya i am also agree with Mr Choudary, Even i had purchase the Merlin 123 around nine months back, and it is working very finely.
                                      According to me it is the good quality product of TVC which i always use in my kitchen. And as a bachelor it is a useful product for me at very affordable price.
                                      Ya same with me but i would suggest you Mr Shoaib the TVC Customer Care department is much co-opeative to the person who have problem with there products my problem was solved within 2 weeks, i am sure you will get proper response from their side until an unleess u inform them about your problem.
                                      Even my MERLIN 123 is working from last 5 months without any single problem. It is a good quality product while helps me in my kitchen.
