on the 7th of November 08, I received a letter of appointment in the vacancy of translator/administrative assistant in the UK in the office of Emirates Airlines Group with a very high salary that even a chief executive would hardly get, and without any interview - They said everything is ready, and that I just have to fill out a visa form and send 1200 GBP for work permit fees and that this will or maybe reimbursed with the first salary. They kept asking for the bank transfer or western union to the name of Sandra Davis Their accounts director, they even called me 7 times on my cellphone asking me to transfer the money as soon as possible - their emails are all @ yahoo and not the company's domain. I checked the vacancies at Emirates Airlines group and this vacancy was not even listed there. It's a scam - this happened before to other people thus this is a warning to anyone who receives such an attractive and tempting letter of appointment. It Looks like a fraud. Did u attend any interview. Did you talk to anybody about your job at emirates. Take Care...

I agree with all who havew recd such e-mails, I also agree that no company will dole out appointment letters w/o even contactin the person.How is daco sure that the appointee is not physically challenged or an amputee or may be blind or deaf ? !! !! !! !! !! !!
More so when the Emirate Airline am sure have a very stringent process of recruitment.
All we can do is think about some conman baitng.
There must be a lot of people who would have taken the bait more stupid when all possible info is at hand when they check theri mails.This daco thing does not get any sites in London.

There are a lot of complaints with regard to the same. Would appreciate some reply from the company.
