[Resolved]  iSmart Global Pvt Ltd — PF NOT GIVEN AS YET

I am working with L&L pvt ltd Asaf Ali Road New delhi .now i am compliting about one year with you but my ESI card is not made yet nither temp or not permanent.i havebeen talked several times about this from my co-ordinator Satpal ji butthey could n't give me a satisfactory answer .so that sir pls lookup these matter as soon as possible and also send me the the process of getting PF.

I, M Sankara Rao, have resigned from iSmart effective 12th Jan'09. I have
completed my exit formalities and have also received the relieving letter.

I have been associated with iSmart( erstwhile Lovelock & Lewis services
pvt ltd) from Dec 22nd, 1995.

My PF no is KN/23372/202 and please be informed that I had already given
the request for withdrawal from the said accout. Pre-emptive to this
request I had asked for the balance lying at the credit of my PF account
but was given the statement of 2007. When I contacted the PF commisioner's
PRO in Bangalore, I was told that only ismart would be able to tell me the
correct credit balance as the company would be depositing the employee's as
well as employers contribution to the PF accout.

1) I would be grateful to your good offices, if you can provide me with the
following :

Statements of PF account KN/23372/202 for the last 3 years[protected],
[protected] and 2008 - till date)
Amount lying at the credit of my PF account
and most importantly when would the amount be refunded back to me.

2) I also have another important issue, which I had raised umpteem number
of times to the local hyderabad office, but did not get any sensible
response.

Everymonth, a certain amount is deducted from my monthly salary as " BONUS"
which is traditionally given back to us as annual/diwali bonus which is
pending since April'2008.

Also, please let me know when can I expect the refund of my Bonus payable.

3) My last month( settlement) salary has not be paid to me yet.

Please advise. Also let me know the contact numbers of the persons handling
PF/Bonus/gratuity/Pension/Salaries in the central office.

L &L Services Ltd (Now Ismart Global Sevices Pvt Ltd) 2nd week of April'08. After that I was told to filled up the form SSN and awaiting for the payment, please let me the cauase of delay.

I had resigned from iSmart Global Private Limited on 2nd week of April-08 for leaving to aboard. I had requested to process my PF papers immedialty as i heard that there is provision if employee is leaving India PF will be processed with in 30 days. This information is provided to me by an employee in PF department.

But the employer has denied and told that after 45 days from the date of resignation my PF withdrawal form will be submitted to the department. When even i had tried to enquire about the status i am not getting any reply from the employer. I am not sure whether my withdrawal form is submitted or not also.

I submited my PF form in Ismart global but as yet my PF amount did not credit into my bank A/C.

My yearly bonus is also pending to get .

I Yogesh Chowdhary, served iSmart for it's Citibank's BPO process has resigned in Oct 2007 & after that I was continuously following up for my PF but got no response. please take action ASAP as all my former colleugues are suffering

Request all sufferers to post their contact nos. so as we can raise voice combinely.

iSmart Global Pvt Ltd — Non receipt of PF, Gratuity etc

Dear Sir/s,

I left Ismart Kolkata as Regional Manager -East in August 2007. Till date I have not received my PF & Gratuity amount. Though a cheque of PF has been sent to me, it got bounced due to signature mismatch. Please advise next course of action.
