Dear Sir, I resigned this company which is service provider to ICICI Bank Ltd on 01 Mar 207 & i submitt my resignation letter & PF forms duly signed to my reporting manager Mr. U Balakrishna. But this is was not send to company & later he also resigned. This confirmation was again given by ACM Mr Uttam Hiremath on 18 Jun 2008 and no of repeated correspondeance till date it was not clear.
