[Resolved]  i2 Nexus technologies — i2 NEXUS is a FRAUD Company

i2Nexus Technologies is not a fraud company or cheating company or bad company. it is a very big company in bangalore and more that 50 employees are working in bangalore office. we have branches in US UK and Australia. some one commended that only andhra people are working in our company, NO NEVER, Employees from different different countries in india are working in our company.

it is a very good company to study. i studied everything from i2Nexus only rabiya maan namita maan heled me alot to study what is recruitment. now i am the recruitment manager on i2Nexus Technologies and i will recommand my friends and family to i2Nexus Technologies.

it is not a company, just a consultancy. They will hire freshers and offer 10k-12k but they wont give salary. because they doesnt have enough fund to pay rent of that building

worst company, Labour Management, Labour Manager(Rabiya), Labour Company, They Treat employer is like their SLAVES

They Offer me As 9000 but they wont give full salary. Lots of deduction and variable will be there. If we work sincerely also they wont give full salary

From your Language only it seems you are Rabiya Tasneem. because you are the only one who is Professionally i can say a Manager in that Cattle shed. so dont try to give 5 star rating for this bull company. first you recruit some good quality recruiters, at least recruitment managers. What your company is looking for some cheap manpower thats why your andhra recruitment managers are that much worst. They dont even speak good english and how could you select them recruitment manager they know PAMPICHO. bull company i have ever worked. What happend to your new recruitment manager Mr. Mukesh Sing. Why did he left your company? because he dont want to spoil his career in that Andhra Cattle Shed. So Rabiya Please dont comeup with these type of comments to give 5 Star Ratings to your Company. Guys if any one have doubt go and Attend the interview if you are ok with 9000 they will select you. BUT DONT FORGET TO ASK ABOUT WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO PAY SALARY. if it is after two months what is the use. moreover they mentioned in their website they have branches in US and UK. Guys believe me Namitha and Rabiya has seen only some Andhra , that is why they still think that they can cheat all. THEY DONT HAVE ANY BRANCHES IN UK OR US. she is not able to pay salary to that office boy Pratap, those [censored]s are even deducting saary from that officeboy also.

They mentally, socially and emotionally harass their employees and say HIGHLY inappropriate things to women employees.

They dont pay salary on time and dont pay salary to their consultants who get associated with their clients.

no proper management
no salary


only harasment, no salary, no leave, no experience certificate, no relieving letter.

only thing what u will get from thier is some teluge words, because all workers are from some rural areas in Andhra Pradesh (cheap manpower). they will pissed off you like anything.

...These people doesn't have ethics and these are characterless people and running the consultancy. Recently, i got fired from i2nexus consultancy. Because i started to ask about the salary. From last three months i didn't get any single coin for my salary. One of the biggest from bihar - namitha dhuvedy (So called bihari) who is the owner of this consultancy and one more is in this consultancy working as operation and delivery manager her name is rabya thasneem, she doesn't know anything and she got such position.

Guys don't join this consultancy...You will get only harassment nothing more than that. I realized after joining here that this was the biggest mistake of my life

Hi Guys. I have read all the comments above. I don't know what is i2Nexus and I am not related to them nor against them. But still i was forced to write this bcoz i saw certain posts over here. First off all you guys should understand the meaning of what you are writing to an open forum.

I am talking about ones who has written that this is a consultancy not a company.
A meaning of company is just a group of people associated together to do/run an organisation.
It may be of different types like partnership firm/Private Limited company/Limited company. Even NGO is also a Company. Please refer wikipedia.
And in Ministry of Corporate Affairs's website you will get details of Private Limited & Limited company only (Screen shot attached).

Rest, I am no one to say about this company's work culture & salary payment etc as I am unaware of these facts. Only I can share my experience about corporate culture as I have more than 12 years of experience in HR field & also worked in Placement facilitating Company in my starting career & I can say only 10 % of the recruiters starting their career in recruitment company become successful. And the reason behind this is not just the consultancies they are associated with but also the recruiters are.

Whoever you are, whatever job you do, you should take it seriously. I have seen people who were working with me in my earlier times and not sincere, they were fired from job & still they don't have anything to add in their profile.

One more thing I would like to add here. I have also worked in recruitment company as said earlier & also recruited many people for the consultancy I was working for. At the time of selection, I don't prefer candidates from the consultancy whose name is bad in the market or whose work culture is bad. So, here I don't understand why most of the ex employee from this particular consultancy is recruited in the same consultancy i.e VLS. VLS must have seen some quality in the recruiters of this company. Why don't you guys clarify it from VLS.

I am irritated of these unprofessional people like Namitha Dubaidi and Rabheeya. People like Rabheeya how she can become Manager who doesn't have even single month of managerial experience. In this consultancy, Kiran Sir(Manager) is the best. He is very much supportive and caring person. But this is not a place to work.

Also I have heard about this consultancy that Namitha used to prepare the professional girl in her organisation (so called i2nexus consultancy) so those girl can be used and will be ready to sleep with the customer or client for creating / taking the business.

I have been worked with i2Nexus morethan 4 years.Trust me i2Nexus is the best platform to learn the WORK.
Recently i have joined with some other company but feeling like compare to my Managers i am only the Best who knows End to End Recruitment Life Cycle.Here you will get train everywhere step by step.Recruiters will get very good Support from the Managers.

It is like this if you work, you will get good things from the company/Organization.Obviously none of the Company will give salary for without doing any work right.Please don't go by Negative comments what ever written on top.I not ever heard the names who have given the negative comments on the Top.People who are trained from the i2Nexus now they are working with Good MNC Companies.So you can think what kind of Training we got from i2Nexus.

Especially for Freshers i2Nexus is the Best Platform to Learn work.

i agree this all nagative comment, pls dont join
