My Subscription No is -25459 , It was been informed to me if I buy titles from New Winter Catalogue , I will receive a specially selected "The MIMO ELECTRIC PERSONAL MASAGER" which is their way of saying thank you to customer , I did bought the book "BIG BOOK OF WHY "and "Brainwave Magazine Subscription", I have received the books, but i have still not received the free gift which was promised. When I had send email to customer service On Sat, Mar 17, 201, they replied me back of giving them 72 hours to resolve this issues ,still now they have not able to resolve the issues and they are still asking for more time, I don't know , how much time they will take to resolve this issues, it seems they do not give importance to customer commitments.
