[Resolved]  IBM Daksh — Forcing to pay the amount

sir,
I worked with IBM Daksh kolkata bengal airtel process from 19th Oct.2009, to 16th April.2010.after serving the 15tn days notice period, I left the company in proper way.
However, it has been almost 8th month, but I have not got the clerance letter & PF letters from IBM Daksh
.When ever, I call to the HR-person, she informed me that my maneger Nagendra Acharagy lift the job..so contact the fnf help dask to solve this issue.Please, help me out & inform the detail on my mail address as soon as possible.

there is no agreement between me and company regarding bond.also i resigned in all complete manner and they took mine 2 days for resignation.and after they say successfully resigned and now they are saying to submit dues..and when i call HR for what types of dues he doesn't pick the phone. here was no prior Information given by HR that If you do not pay the money the case will be forwarded to the advocate so as to pay the amount.

I Left the company (IBM Daksh) because of my personal reason and now they been sending me letters and forcing me to pay Rs 6000/-. I will pay the money, but when if I have that amount.



I hope that government should bring a proper connection between agreements and contracts.

There was no prior Information given by HR that If you do not pay the money the case will be forwarded to the advocate so as to pay the amount.

I Left the company (IBM Daksh) because of my personal reason and now they been sending me letters and forcing me to pay 7981/- rupees and don't have enough mount to make the payment I got letter Markos & CO Advocates Defense Colony Indiranagar Bangalore 560038.

I have been an AM in Kolkata with the Assam Prepaid Airtel process. I also resigned and properly served notice. However, from my personal experience I can say, it is no use call the local HR guys and request to send a mail from your personal ID mentioning clearly mentioning your employee ID to the FnF Helpdesk email id [protected]@in.ibm.com. They will reply back and guide you. Let it be regarding the release letter or PF form, they send full guidance. I got everything settled through them.
