[Resolved] Ibm — Unavailability of products | |||
Myself R.G. Swami, working in IBM. Just I have shifted from Bangalore to Kolkata and staying in Shree Bengal DCL, New Town Rajarhat Kolkata. I am purchasing all daily needs items from Reliance Fresh Store which is located very near to our residence. I have observed that so many items are not available in this store like Rock Salt (Black Salt), Safal Paneer, Mother Dairy Ice Creams (Brick), Milk (In the Morning), Bundi etc. I had inform and remind also so many time to Reliance customer service associates during my visit but still situation is same and nobody bothered about these things. Reliance membership form also not available on the counter. Now more than 20 days passed but no improvement observed. WE CAN NOT EXPECT THIS KIND SERVICE FROM RELIANCE FRESH.
