[Resolved] ICC NetSpeed — Not able to update Antivirus because of IP address conflict.

Even after repeated attempts, I m not able to update my computers antivirus.
It shows that there is some IP address conflict and the update source is not found.
Its more than pathetic... its THE WORT INTERNET SERVICE i have ever seen...
My complaint number is "VB20981" and i m trying to reach these people from past 3 days. These suckers keep transferring the call form one person to another, and when i ask them to give the call to the manager they always say that he is in a meeting. I have called them at least 10 times still there is no engineer visit so far.
Prior to this my internet was down for 5 days, I kept calling them day and night still the engineer took bloody 5 days to reach.
ICC Netselect is just HOPELESS.
My advise: "PLEASE DON'T GO FOR ICC NETSPEED" it sucks really sucks. you will regret after getting the connection as this is postpaid and you cannot jus do anything against them.
The bloody number is not available after 6 PM and these guys say that they are always available till 9 PM.
