ICFAI — Credit Card Application Status

I have applied for HSBC credit card and submitted required documents. Several times I got phone calls on my mobile and to my office for verification. But "what is the status of my application weather it is accepted or rejected. If accepted when can I expect my card". No one clarified me on this doubt.

my application number: 6734271

Please get me the status of my application.
