[Resolved]  icic bank — Fraudulent incident

I was having credit card of ICIC bank Card no: 5177 XXXX XXXX 1004. In the month of Feb 2007 there were two tickets booked on my credit card
Date:24/02/2007 Ref no: 7246 Transaction details:Air Deccan Amount:1,799.00 and Date: 23/02/2007 Ref no: 6255 Transaction details:SPICEJET LIMITED Amount:8,848.00

for which i had official registered complaint at the ICICI helpline no for which i got the reference no as 20296906 post which there was a person who came to my place with form to be filled for the above complaint When asked to give some proof he told the complaint no registered at the call center is the same. Inspite of following with the executinve Arif no: [protected] did not get any kind of response. I had visited the ICICI office at bhandarkar road and met Mr Ravi with an written application who did not acknowledge and asked me to give 1000 rs to close the case. Once refused he asked to call the call center and speak on the same. Post which my salary account was blocked which was with ICICI bank my 2 months salary was deducted without my notice and information. Also all the amonth which had come was deducted against my card. Inspite of numeorus follow and pain which i had gone through if start listing can write a book on it have not got any support from any of the person. I had recieved a legal notice from the bank asking to visit Paramjit Saini and speak on the case if not done arrest warrant will be issued. After visinting and dicussion the case with him the total amount after all the amount deducted from my bank was 10000 which i was ready to pay but he refused and asked to pay 25000. When said if the bank has failed to action the complaint why should the customer suffer. I was told by one of his collouge to register a fresh complaint at the call center as the previous complaint has not been actioned. I have been tourched by the bank day in day out by calls from leagal department bank and letters recieving from bank which is been harrasing my family membes as well as my daily routine. Because my salary account was blocked my other bank tracsaction and credit history has gone for toss and spoiled my reputaion which took me 2 years to get on track. Would request if someone can help me close the case and help me to get out of the harresment which i have been from ICICI bank.
