[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card fraud.

My name is vineet ahuja and I was the employee of
your bank. My employee id is 517884. I Want to know that why my salary
of November month was not drawn in my account .My total salary is 6920
Rs. but you drawn only 923 Rs on 29 December. And I also want to ask
you that for some reason my S.M Mr. Puneet mathur has terminate me. In
the employment letter given to me by you said that if the bank
terminate me then he have to given me 15 days notice or 15 days salary
but both of these things are not don with me . I want to say you that
please take an action about the both two things and please give me the
salary of November month and 15 days notice salary. If this is not
possible by you then please tell me where I should request. Please do
some action otherwise I have to go to the consumer court for my
salary. And I want to say you that please take an action against
puneet mathur and enquiry about him. His behavior is suspeciable. One
of my culige given the false documents of his education. And he knows
about it but he didn't take an action against him. Ex. Assistant
Branch manager Mr. Abhishek Verma also inform puneet mathur on 10
October but he didn't take an against him. All the banks employees
know about that he given the fake educational certificates. I asked
puneet mathur why he didn't take an action against him then he said me
mind your own business and said it's depend upon me that I take or not
take an action against him. That's the reason why he terminates me
from the job. I didn't want the job in that's organization where I get
that rewards saying truth. But the salary is my rights and I get it.
Please enquiry to puneet mathur that why he didn't taken an action
against him. I have the proof also that his certificates are fake and
puneet has known about it. So if I went to the court I saw that's
documents in the court. Please inform me as soon as possible that you
are giving me the salary or not.

icici bank is the worst organisation u canjoin. i[censored] knew my experience you would be shocked.

I havent come accross a worst and cheap tactics used by ICICI group. First of all, I wasnt interested for any credit cards. However the DSA of ICICI stood like a begger in front of my office and kept harrassing for the card, insisting that they will give Gold card, whereas I was currently holding Silver Card from another Bank. Now to get rid of these nuts, just like we give alms to beggers, i told them that ok since its absolutely free I am willing to sign up for card. Once I started filling the form, the person told me that I need not waste time in reviewing form, he will fill up for me and just sign up the form. I thought it would be like a normal application form, so I told him to fill it up and I provided the relevant proof which was good enough for him to fill up. Then came the climax, the form had one statement whether to opt for ICICI Lombard General Insurance and the person cooly ticked this column. Now, I kept on telling ICICI that there is no need for insurance for me and the information is misleading, so cancel the insurance and the charges.

What ICICI did was just cancel the insurance, and instead of cancelling the charges, they doubled up by levying 100% interest.

I was not willing to pay the charges, but one fine day they debited my Savings account

hi, i am ankit iwant to u ainformation about a person who make froud in credit cards and personal loans in all bank.his name is Rohit jain, s/o O.P.Jain, r/o F612, near janta co-op bank, sector 3, vaishali uttar pradesh.his office address is 2554, naiwara, chawri bazar, delhi-6.he had make all bank credit card in so many names, his mobile no.is [protected], [protected], home-[protected], his sister is working in hdfc bank, ambadeep building, cannaught place.her name is ruchika jain.

I also have a similar Pathetic experience with ICICI bank Credit card. They first pushed insurance policy. When I canceled that, they mentally harassed me by telephone call. They behaved as if their insurance department is a different company. The Climax is when they insists on payment even after I forwarded mail from their policy department accepting their fault.
Finally I paid 732.72 to get get rid of their torturing phone calls. I took an oath not to have any kind of relationship with ICICI Bank in future & share my experience with whomsoever I find.

I consider Rs 732.72 as the penalty I paid for my fault o[censored]ndermining cautions from others about ICICI.

I also have a very bad experience with icici bank credit card .They started Insurance policy by telephonic call only I did not sign any documents How can they start policy like this ? Please anyone tell me that can I go for court to claim against this fraud bank/lombard co ?My phone no is [protected].

They keep callingt and beg you to ake a policy. I ignored and later said that they will apply and cancel themself and I will not be charged anything. But these ICICI credit card people are completely fraud people they started charging on my credit card for the first month and when I enquired back they said it has been canceled and all the charges has been reverted in their system and there is some problem with the Bombay office i believed them and to my surprise I see the credit card for next month showing me the next installment with also fine . Now all their numbers through with they were calling are disconnected.
These people have made my life miserable, they beg you outside your office and make you believe and then put you in trouble. My sincere advice to all especially IT people is not to believe the ICICI credit card people and the ICICI Lombard Insurance people they follow many trick which you understand only in the end . For Gods sake ignore these .

This bank works for only who are fraud and not for good people. They give credit cards to everyone in India, even to a begger. These people done pay back their dues. Any way they will not be able to trace them, so they find people like us to get the money rectified.

I had a card which was not in use for the past 1 yr and there was a due of 1000 Rs which i was in Oct 2008. I cleared the Due and asked them to close the card, instead they started charging me late payment fee and other charges. This month today they deducted the total amount of 7400 from my savings bank account. I have never given any instructions about my savings bank account to cerdit cards. But even then they are able to deduct the amount without my knowledge.

Any one help me if i can file a case on ICICI in consumer court on this issue.

I am also suffered by unknown interest charges by icici credit card department.Earlier they approach to say that if you convert your card expences in EMIs they will charged only processing & one time interest, but after that...My God.interest + interest + interest in addition service tax + service tax +++ no Minus.At last when they reverse your amount after several Month another extra charges + taxes are going on & on & on without any intervals.So i find it like a Horror Movie...!
