[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Car Loan — N O C not received

ICICI Bank — NOC For my loan

My name is Dharampal Arya I had applied for Rs.50000.00 from ICICI Bank, in the month of feb'06. My Loan number LIDEL [protected]. Tenor month 24. EMI 3279.00. Repayment mode Auto debit. Started from 07th Feb'2006 till 07th Jan'2008.
I also gave two signed cheques of amount above thirty thousand don't know the actual amount. I have been told that as soon as my EMI will over it will return to me along with NOC certificate.
But sorry to say till date i haven't get any kind of assiatant from them. I am holding an account in ICICI bank branch Gurgaon. My account number is[protected].
Please help me in this matter and also let me know to whom should i contact.

Completely agree. My case is an oustation delivery. So I was promised approval within 10 days. It's already over 3 weeks now and there is no progress even after daily followup. Looks like senior officials do not have time to approve. I missed dealer desicount in all this. But I get nothing but empty words.

ICICI Bank Car Loan — Loan approving takes much time

Sir,
My LOP number [protected] took 5 days to approv. They told me within 2 working days your loan will aprrove and you can take your new car. But after passing 5 days, I went to purchase Car then I come back without the new car because the Loan was still under process. I was very depress.

Auto Loan — not despatching the NOC

dear concern person,
we got a loan for our car Hyundai Santro in 2002 and and the entire loan repaid and got over without any hesitation and delay in september, 2007.

still they are making excuses to send us the NOC for the same since we have submitted the all required documents.

kindly help us to solve the issue or let me know the procedure make their official complaint.

I sent icici credit card statement from 2007 to june 2009.
They cannot reconcile my statement but so many executive call ( including sunday / morning rush hrs.)
Every one say i am in charge.
I cannot understand "who give rights to my personal mobile no???
Any opne can go through my mail but every ask money???
I send several mail icici customer care people!!!
I want to take legal action.

CAR LOAN — non issue of NOC since 8 months

I wo'nt easily give in to this...! I expected a lot more from atleast the customer care dept.How can you tell me to pay anything after the foreclosure? Whatever amount was mentioned to me for foreclosure, i paid it without and hasseles, so i fail to understand from where does this interest on pending installments surface from?
I have made it quite clear to icici that i went to foreclose in June 2008 and on repeated requests i was not allowed to foreclose the same until finally at the intervention of icici corporate.(1) One thing is that they showed me a wrong penalty percentage for foreclosure, upon questioning they show me another...so why the variance..this raised a lot of doubts and i was compelled to ask for the copy of the Agreement, which till date is not shown to me.(2) So what is the hidden agenda of icici? (3) Then on other occasions they didnt comply to my request for foreclosure on a number of occasions, for reasons best known to them, or giving reasons like System are down, cannot do it today and all other excuses.It could be a strategy to delay my foreclosure and in default to increase my interest or else why didn't they foreclose until[protected]receipt issued) (4) Now is the customer liable for the acts of omission and negligence on part of icici employees like Mr. Sajjith? Even the Law would'nt permit it, as i myself being a lawyer, would like to caution you before i take a legal recourse as a final resort.I am only communicating with icici so as to finish all possible remedies at the local level.My friend/client would request her children to withdraw all NRI deposits from your bank almost to the tune of 8o lakhs and severe all ties with this bank if the problem is not resolved by the end of this month.I know this bank has nothing to lose but i would atleast feel secure that my family's assets would be safe and secure enough in the hands of some other bank.But nevertheless, i will pursue this matter to the highest possible levels as i do not wish to be a victim of fraud on part of icici.Hope some good, if not better, sense shall prevail. I'm Venugopal.K,I'm Farmer in Vriddhachalam talku at Cuddalore Dist.I request u to solve my problem.i was got Farm Equipment loan in ICICI Bank.i gave security to them 5Acres to ICICI Bank.i'm not pay for only one due.so they chease my Tractor(Mahendira 575DI/45) on 28/04/2009.i'm ready to pay the full amount on next day itself.they not show my Tractor.After 1 month they showed.but they theft all the Parts in my Tractor(like Self motor,hydralic,engine,four tyer etc..),If i went to police station they not file this case,again i went to Layer,The judge was not file this case.Now the ICICI bank asking to pay the balance amount and to get the 5Acers property.If i ready to pay that amount.they are not ready to give the Tractor also.they blackmile me to be sell the property.they are cheeting me.police,judge all are cheeting me.so please i request to u solve my problem as soon.i'm ready to pay the balance amount. i need my Tractor with all same parts as mine and my documents.

ICICI Bank — Refund of one due & NOC

I have taken from two wheeler loan form ICICI bank Loan a/c. no.LTCBT[protected]. My due passed for the month of Auguest 05,2008. for my bank statement. but Icici bank told not received for the due. But I have the Statemente and Bank letter of my sbi bank. at the same time its due passed December 2008 its TWO due passed. its also have a statemente. i met to the ICICI brance person he is given to the letter not received the due for the month of Auguest08. this is not my problems. I have to bank letters. what can i do. which bank is responsible i don't know. plz tell me what can i do?.

i have taken Life insurance from Bharthi Axa Company, at the induction an representative as given general information not depth details Same representative as Filled an ECS Mandate Form with my signature and presented to My ICICI Bank which as returned with the reason Drawer signature mismatch, For two past two am contacting this Bharthi Axa Company helpline to get the ECS mandate form, nobody is responding properly and taken it closure Kindly help me to resolve this asap
