If some one who have not paid your billed amount, you can very much find his address as well as contact number without having any trouble. I hope you should get that one soon and come back to me ASAP. For your kind information, this card is corporate card, so the harm i will do to ICICI, you never thought of. This proof, i will share with my organization and i will see that you should wiped out from my organization very soon from all kind of business you are doing presently.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — credit card account not closed after taking huge amount

Dear Team

I need to have this matter closed ASAP, I do not like to see such mail hitting my inbox.

Please listen to my issue carefully. I had once your Credit Card where my credit limit was just 24K. It was told some sort of EMI card and it was told to me that no matter even if I use 24K all I need to pay is one thousand each month which was not true and I came to know about this very late till that time the damage was already done due to incorrect information from you guys. Anyways, I had this card in active condition for around 2 to 3 years and used the card and made the payment as well. Due to some issue I could not make the payment for two months and since that card was linked to my ICIC Bank Account my entire salary was taken from my account. Lean was put on my account by you guys. I had around 33K as salary in my account. I visited your branch in Andheri (E) JP Nagar and tried to get my salary but they told me it is not possible. They offered me to close the credit card with the money which was removed from my account. Initially I did not agree as I wanted some part of my salary back.. I went to your branch continuously 3 to 4 days tried to fix some sort of EMI and get my salary. That was really extremely bad experience as I had no money my entire salary was removed by you guys and I was all empty hand for the entire month. However, after I failed to convince the recovery agent to get some money from my salary back in my account, I signed the paper to have the credit card closed. Just imagine, I used your card for only 24K and then I paid around 15K before you guys removed 33K which was my salary. I still agreed to close the card where I know that there are people who use credit card for one lac also and close it by giving just 10 or 15K. Anyways, I signed the paper, and I was told that I will receive the paper regarding the same at my doorstep which never came. All I got is the next credit card and it kept on coming. I called your customer care number multiple times explaining the whole scenario that my credit card account should have been closed and I was supposed to receive the letter form you guys about the same. Nobody listened to me.

Till today I am getting e-statement and funny story it again says that I owe around 50K to you guys. Can you believe this?
I would request someone to please look into this matter. I am not sure if someone is actually looking into this I will just wait and see.

7/8/2012 CURRENT YEAR BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE THE SAME EXTAND TO MORE EMI'S NOW .

ICICI Bank Credit Card — late fee reversal

this is in regard to the reversal of late fee on my credit card number [protected] for the month of january. The reason for me not paying the fee was the statment was not dispatched on time by the courier boy due to which i was not aware of the payment due date. i request u to kindly . revrese the late fee that was leved on my credit card as i am a regular payment customer of all my credit bills on time. kindly reverse my late fee . i would really be thankful to u.

I am not getting my rewards points as per usage of my credit card & it shows redeemed actomatically without my consent..as such i am using ICICI debit & credit card from last 10 yrs approx..and regular payee of all dues & bills, but now i am very dissatisfied by customer service of icici..

Sub: Received Threatening Call from Recovery Agent of ICICI Bank and Kidnaping threatning of my daughter from Recovery Goonda of ICICI Bank.


Ref: ICICI Bank Credit Card no: I have cancelled my card after making the full payment. At present I don’t remember the Card number, I called the Bank, but they have not traced out my card number because it was cancelled last year.

This is to inform you that I was the Credit Card Holder of ICICI Bank. They never sent any statement till now. Suddenly one recovery agent Ms. Ruchi somebody asking for payment 40, 000/-. Continuously she was threatening and torturing me and my wife daughter over mobile and office landline also. She is also using tremendous abusive and slang language. I have no dues above this card. In spite of several request, she is denying to provide the statement through mail. I doubt that they must have inflated due amount by levying unduly high interest, late fees, unnecessary service charges etc. Not only that she has threatened me and my office Boss also. She is doing tremendous misbehaving with my office Boss and Administrative manager.What is this???. Bank cannot do legally this type of mental harassment. She is disturbing my Employer also, which is affecting my mental peace. As a middle class family, at present my job is effecting due to their using the abusive language with my boss also. As per the Credit card rules of the Bank, I am asking for statement. But she is denying giving me the statement. Continuously she is telling me to make the payment at a time; otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team.
Not only that, she has also threaten me, if I don’t make the payment immediately, then they/ICICI Bank/ will kidnap my daughter. Please help me and my family from Goonda of ICICI bank. I think only because of raising late payment fees and service charges and to raise the higher bill, they have made this type of incident. For your information, I have been receiving these threatening calls coming from[protected],[protected],[protected]. These threatening calls comming in my Wife's number 90 times, in my number's 100 times and in my office Boss's number 50 times in 01 (one) day.Please relie[censored]s from the torturing from ICICI. Please stop this call from this number otherwise I will take legal action for human rights against the mental torture with my daughter and wife also.

Due to this Ruthless incident Now I am in big trouble for my job and my family security also.

Dear sir,

I am using ICICI bank credit card No-[protected]. Last month my bill came around 32597.89. I paid 32000. For pending amount of 597.89 this month they have charged 682.72+84.38(Interest Charge+service tax)=767.10. More than double. I called customer care Madam shalini replied me that you have to pay. I also went to icici bank branch whtefield bangalore but they told me to go to head office. I want some action regarding this, because this time it was small amount but in future for larger amount I will may fall in trouble and this could also harm my credit reputation.

hi i am Arif Khan my account num is[protected], on[protected] Rs. 674 deducted from my account . i m not at all using and activate Demat services. kindly credit my amount asap.

Availed 165000 loan in 2014 by the pressure of Icici by form of offer msgs, I regularly remitted EMI. All our staffs warned not to use Icici because of their fraudsters, scam.So decided to terminate, called for clearance of loan to the customers brokers.He tried all policies me to avoid and to continue with emi, I resisted he levied all nonsense charges and finally told the closure amount of 122000 .Clearly I told him this will be final call because ICICI customer call is horrible to catch up and to send the closure statement to my residence, while negotiation he purposely disconnected the call. Like scumbags, they changed customer care numbers. All these years the period when I closed what ICICI people are stating that it was in preserved in my account and after I remitted total loan amount of the said amount, now the bank is stating all these years it was preserved in credit card and the total closure sum was adjusted to EMI now once again to pay 20000. Credit card thugs cheated loan department. No action taken against credit card cheaters. Burden is on customer now. Due to the dereliction of duty, inefficiency of the staffs I am being made as a scaped goat.

ICICI bank is the most fraudulent I have ever seen. They sell the credit cards by telling hundreds of lies, by giving fake & fraud offers. Customer care is worse. NEVER BELIEVE ON ANY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD OFFERS. EVERYTHING IS FRAUD. YOU'LL BE CHEATED FOR SURE.
