[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — Mis-selling buy wrong commitments to small clients

If I might not applied from my saving a/c then them might have asked my income proff but it has not been asked so pls check it properly that I have applied as per told system and the telle caller and surat officer Mr. Dharmesh do promised me for Rs. 250 cash back and now if you change with your words, I think it is not ethical. If still you can not trust the client then I am really sorry I would not like to continue any relation with credit card dep. and will return as an when you say. Subject: mis-selling card prectise and fake promised by credit card dep. To, ICICI Bank - Credit Card dep. Dear Sir, Sub. - Not given scheme benefits that committed during sale of card. Ref. Credit card no. [protected] I here like to complaint you for my credit card that I purchased with your bank recently and has been sold me on the bases of only transactions and credibility of my ICICI saving A/c No.[protected]. At the time of selling card it has been told by your telecaller and was also fleshing in online saving a/c menu the offer of Rs 250 cash back on first Rs. 500 purchase and told by your Representative that it will get credited Rs 250 into your a/c as soon as your card will get active and then you can do shopping but it is not like that and now saying that we are not aware of such scheme and is not in your card. You do can check that on which income bases card issued to me and If it happens with such a big company and bank where I have 5 family a/c and all together today balance of more then 9 lakh Rs. If this will be the practise then who will trust the words of bank officers. You also understand that Rs. 250 is just a peanut but it is question of ethics and promise. Pls do the needful.
