I have Using Icici Visa Credit Card No-[protected]. I have boking railway tiket for IRCTC 15/6/08 Delhi to Gujrat.But train was canceled same day. recived a mail from from IRCTC for refund the amount of your Credit Card. But Credit Card Statement Date 28/6/08.chargebal for Raiway tiket amount Rs.365. Why we have payment this amount.

Farward the mail IRCTC amount refund by Indian Railways Catering.
