ICICI Bank Customer Care — Negligence against complaint

I changed my home address on 22nd Oct and requested them to send my two previous card statement on my New address.but till date i haven't received the credit card statement on my new address.
The customer care persons not responding properly.

last month i pay the payment by cheque, but i goe call from ccs we are not received the payment, i told my icici bank chegue no, but she told me to pay the minimum amount Rs 500, so i pay the amount by cash in ICICI bank at kanchipuram and i told him to block the cheque, i got e-statement last in late payment fee 400Rs is mentioned Let me know immediately why. last 2 years i am using this type is not happened, i need your feedback immediately.

Sub : Settlement of Card no.[protected].

Sometime back, your rep. from Mumbai rang up and checked with me if I am interested in settling the account of above credit card. I informed him that I am very much interested and let me know the final amount to be paid on "one time payment basis". I was told that I may have to pay around Rs. six thousand. However, he told me, he will come back after checking the matter with his boss. I have not received any further communication in this regard.

Though I am not using this card for the last 3 more years, I have been paying the instalments uptil now, excep for the last 2 months. I am still interested to settle this account once and for all. As such, I shall appreciate if you could let me know the minimum amount to be paid on settlement (with 2/3 instalments). Awaiting for an early favourable reply.

I have not got any response of Email dated 31 July 2010 from your side for the subject sited below
also i am in receipt of your Bill of Cr. Card No. [protected] from 16 July-2010 to 16 Aug-2010 in
which you have charged interest for Rs. 627.01/-

Pls send the detail for which you have charged the interest along with the upto date statement of 2009 til date
Also please send the detail of First Two Enteries For Rs. 1446.20 in the previous statement as requested below
