Delayed in the settlement of my auto loan

Sir,
I met this person Mr.Abijet Sarkar,Manager of Collection Dept.in ICICI,Siliguri,two months ago to discuss about the settlement of my auto loan.He assured me that he will settle the amount for 10,000/=,and will inform me within a week.But till date it has not yet been done.
Kindly suggest me a solution.
