[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Debit Card — Withdrawal of cash with ICICI card through SBI ATM

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am an existing account holder from ICICI bank.I stay in Gurgaon and i go to chandigarh.There at Sec-43 ISBT there is SBI ATM cabin there they have 3 ATM machine, i had to withdraw 2,500/- but when i swiped my ICICI ATM CARD in to SBI ATM then after entring my PIN the machine becomes hang and i wait for some time and then i presses CANCEL button 4-5 times and it cancel it. When I withdrew that 2,500/- from other SBI ATM in same cabin , i got message of debit 10,000/- and 2,500/- but i don't withdraw 10000/-. ATM it showed that Rs. 10, 000/- debited from my account which iactually did not withdrawn. I have compalined to the Police station of Sec-43 at ISBT about that and sent an copy to Debit RECON Team of ICICI Bank.

SBI being such a internationally reputed bank, such kind of act is unexpectable. Hence I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and do the needful with intimation to me so that I can follow-up and take the necessary further actions.I request th SBI authorities to kindly deposit the above given denomination to my ICICI account with reference to ICICI bank officials.
