I had made a Debit transaction of Rs.1461.08 from my account on 04.04.2013 to Clicksure. The transaction was cancelled within a week and as per clicksure the payment was not received by them since that the transaction was cancelled within a week and the money is still with the bank which they said should be received by me within 7 working days.The money was not credited to my account so after 7 working days Im following with them continuously but they are not responding to my online complaints Complaint Number(SR[protected] plus Phone banking customer care executives are giving vague excuses.Kindly help.
