[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Ltd — 49000 /- chq missing no new past 20days

Dear Sir,
Pls find the below mails of my chq deposit 20 days before at icici bank br and i have lost dealof 30L also i have received mail from icici after several timing visiting branch till date i have not receied any answer from bank they apponting people but geven them traning like chaya bala or mungafally wala they bank officer does know how to handle customer and hwen they shall answer the quary icici bank taking customer graanted ihave banking with past 8 yrs and every time we are not getting good services from bank.Icici bank just not slaping customer after asking several time to the bank banking not taking any action .i would like esclate my issue to the core even i have sent msg to core dept of indian gvt but till now i have not received any answer from both side this is the bank doing practise with indiam citizen and same kind of practise in any part of world what action what my indian gvt doing...they are not at all very abt indian consumer.

my qus is when i deposit my chq no 366224 at trichy contunment branch why no bank officer geven me call after several days i only went there and told everything to trichy bank officer she said she will call me revert back but till date that bank officer didnt call again i called to bank customer care they said within 24 hrs i will get credit in my a/c but no reply from them again i called up the also noanswer from then then i send mail then i have received reply that is below in that they have not mentipon anything i mean what is reason chq got retrn .then again i called befoe wrting this mail then also the concern bank offier didnt said any thing after weasting my 30 mnts of time, is this is the way bank got lices from rbi to cheat india citizen .
ICICI bank never have fare practise towards customer even i serve icici 5 yrs but there is no customer satisfaction there employee cheet customer
due the following problem i have loss of 30 L
Kindly justice for me and save this country from these kind of bank customer
I m the professional working with MNC company as Area Manager taking care of 4 branch and you can see the time of my mail i m given my rpoductive time to shorting out my problem which by default should come icici bank
And if you will not take aqction then i will go to court to hinder my justice

at Trichy cantonment road Br chq no 366225 bank neme Allahabad bank dated 20th feb'2009.Since that day on wards i am jus running behind the bank br and customer care no 42088000 after several time i wasted my time with concern bank as well customer care dept till date i have not received my money in my a/c which the effect of loosing my social commitment my SR no 98834791 which is given by customer care dept officer moreover my respect in society as per banking rules any chq which is related to the same city will not more then 2 t3 days as my case i have lost 17 days and dont know when i will get back my money even i have made con call with bank officer from client who is given all detail concern officer gave promise and said within 2 to 3 days fund will come in my but till today they are not able to trace out where is my chq i m very disappoint also loose deal worth of 30 L for my business due nonpayment of down payment. Kindly do the justice of my case
