non-occurance of relieving letter

Respected sir,
I was Junior Officer of ICICI BANK Puzhakkal Branch Thrissur.i had worked six months since 20/9/2010 to 31/3/2011. But i didn't get the relieving letter.i humbly request you to grant me the same.
