ICICI Bank — Paid Overdue amount but still been bill again

My Credit card limit is 35000, I have used the card overlimit once and was been billed for it.And paid in on time But again they billed me after me paying them 35200... Am am Really fed up with the explanation the ICICI Customer care rep's give about this.
