I have not received my NOC for my two wheeler loan. i finished my loan instalments in 2003 but yet now no response from icici bank i really feel very bad about it. Please take this complaint as my request and do favor for me my two wheeler no MP13JE3512

I have regularly paid the instalments and applied for the NOC after the loan amount.But the Cuttack, Odisha branch authority stated that one month cheque was bounced.Then, I showed by bank account details and cancelled of chq was quite impossible.Till date since last 5yrs the I have been several times I had been to the office but not found any results.Then, one call came to provide the exact amount without the
default charges.Then, I made the payment since last 4yrs.But till date I have not got my NOC.So, I required my NOC urgently to sell my bike.Kindly do the needful.
