ICICI Bank — UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL RESPONSE

Sir,
refer to my a/c no[protected] and[protected] i would like to brief that since regular efforts of processing Net banking request at ICICI Bank Cunningham Road , bangalore branch i failed to get it and in may 2013 i received ATM cards against this request at 4th times.Finally i decided to close the account but after 20 days of request processing i was told to get DD against my request to transfer the amount to my other ICICI Bank account.
repeated request and almost my full day involvement at branch was found worthless and finally i informed the bank officials at Cunningham Road branch for not to accept and refuse the DD if delivered to me and told them to transfer the amount to my account as per my request.
An early action is required in the matter to get me relief from this branch
