I had called helpline of icici around 90 times till date and visited branch 30 times for getting compensation and apology but they are teasing me and saying u will not get even single rupee from us and neither apology letter

Culprit: mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai branch manager borivli east branch

Mr kiran rane coustomer care manger toll free chennai who is hiding from me from last 2 months to escape me.

Police fir lodged against above branch dated:19/12/07 at 11 pm ist

Severe misbehavoiur with gold-titanuim debit card holder of icici bank, thane west, sb/a/c[protected] and having gold amex card no

Insult of gold account holder mr vishal kewal jain who is having gold saving account, gold debit card and gold credit card account given by icici bank, thane west

Below are few highlighted calls (Name date and time mentioned) of officers) needed to be played to understand why i seek compensation and apology from icici: —

• dhrama rav at 6.05 pm on 27/12/07 — ms george is denying who is bom of borivli branch. He had cut the phone. Mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai had bring security guard at 6.13 pm to leave me out.

• mr ravinder guar today on 27/12/07 at 6.46 pm had failed to transfer to any executive ebven after so many requests

• on 29/12/07 at borivli east branch at 3.30 pm — ms harshsista subadha emp id ni-122580 borivli east branch talked with zahir saikh regarding compensation of one lacks. Ms shraddha branch mgr locked the door and didn’t reply me as she ahd told all wrong information in last meeting

• gahana acharya on 15/12/07 of thane branch told all wrong answers ie
• she told titanium debit /plat debit card not exist at all which is wrong info while while hni a/c require 1 laksh for opening which all is wrong
• on 15/12/07 mr sandeep csm time 5.15 pm talked ragina george emp id no-31550 date-10/12/07 and told all wrong info like
• titanium debit card not exist which is again wrong
• also she told that hni a/c reuiqre 5 lakh which is again wrong
• subodh mohan on 27/12 at 1.20 pm told me to visit branch at 5 pm to take compensation and letter but when i attend borivli east branch mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai did not entertain me and threw me out with security guards
• ratan prabha of andheri at 5 41 pm on 27/12/07 talk with mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai mgr of borivli east, she tried to become ignorant of all issue of compensation and she had failed to transfer line to mr kiran rane mam

Mr sabir saikh at 5 49 pm on 27/12/07 had failed to transfer denied to transfer line to subodh madam/kiran rane and he is ignorant of all issue talked with george and cut phone without my pemission she had cut phone on last ocassion when i visited branch
Mr deep on 14/01/08 at 5 41 pm talked with mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai who told dd is free for gold coustomers and that was again wrong information he cut the phone 3 times and threw me out with security guard, mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai is extremely afraid o f me now since i am 100 times more intelligent than him he had understand totally and accepted on this day. Mr sabir saikh, subodh mohan, ratan prabha, kiran rane, and took lot of time almost one hour for this and ms george of borivle east branch bom had denied to accept the call and mr umesh keluskar branch manager of borivli east branch, mumbai had cut phone infron

ICICI Bank — IRRESPONSIBLE CONDUCT OF CUSTOMER CARE STAFF

I HAVE SAVING BANK ACCOUNT NO.[protected] WITH THE ICICI BANK IN THE JOINT NAME OF MY WIFE AND SELF. I NEVER GET THE QUATERLY STATEMENT UNLESS I REGISTER MY REQUEST THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE. THE COCERNED BRANCH HAS EXPRESSED HELPNESSNESS IN THE MATTER. ON THEIR ADVICE, I MODIFIED THE MAILING ADDRESS WITH ELABORATE DETAILS IN THE RECENT PAST. I AM STAYING WITHIN A DISTANCE OF 100 METRES OF THE CONCERNED BRANCH. BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT. THE STAFF AT THE CUTOMER CARE CENTRE, WHO ATTENDED MY CALL WAS NEITHER RECEPTIVE NOR RESPONSIVE AND HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY ADAMANT. HE WAS NOT PREPARED EVEN TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERIOR FOR RESOLVING MY PROBLEM. AS A RESULT OF THE SAME, THE DURATION OF THE CALL ULTIMATELY EXTENDED TO 32 MINUTES AND O9 SECONDS. FINALLY, THE REQUEST WAS ENTERTAINED AFTER DETAILED EXPLANATION TO HIS SUPIRIOR. IT IS REGISTERED AS SR[protected]. HOPE, A SENIOR CITIZEN WILL NOT BE HARRASSED IN THIS MANNER IN THE TIME TO COME. LET ME SEE , WHETHER THE BANK ASSSURES ME FOR TIMELY DELIVERY OF THE QUARTERLY STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT IN FUTURE OR ADVISES ME TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEIR BANK. THANKS. RAJ SINGH MATHUR.

ICICI Bank Ltd. — wrong fund debit against credit card

I Mr. Bharat K. Dedhia having credit card of icici bank card no.is-[protected].i had used it in march 2009,my credit limit was Rs.10000/- and i had used Rs.14000/-.next month i recieved bill with over limit charges+penalty of Rs.14551/-.I paid this ammout by cheque no.818892 drawn on Canara Bank,Mulund West Branch.After that Next month again Bank send me bill of Rs.551/-of over limit charges.I called many time in their costmer care centre but there was no satisfactory reply from them.Now after 18 months they made bill of Rs.9264.23/-with intrest and on 10th Aug.2010 they debited this ammout from my personal account of icici bank Mulund West Branch.For this matter i went pesonaly at icici credit card department Andheri East.Mumbai with written complaint but nobody was ready to recieve that complaint,Now I want RS.9264.23/- back in my account.do needful in this matter.

I have mailed mainy times to coustmer care but got no response since last 2 years regarding same matter . so I am now writting to you and request you to solve it at the earliest otherwise lastly I will have to see the courts.

Details of complaint: i applied for homeloan of Rs.30lac ageinst 1163, sector-45 gurgoan in oct.2007 and that was approved on oct.31, 2007. i have paid an advanced Banker's cheque no.[protected] amounting Rs 30, 921.00 dated 20-nov-2007 kotak mahindra bank, but the loan has notbeen disperesed till date but the bank had started collecting an EMI of Rs 30, 921.00 from my kotak mahindra bank account.after that i called upon in your bank to either stop EMI or disperse the cheque, but i hav got no response till date.Then I requested my kotak bank authorities to stop the EMI.After that your bank useto call me for the EMI causing a problem to me.I have even paid all my processing fee, but the bank still calls me even the loan has not been dispersed.Although i am a previlleged customer of your bank yet the bank authorities are not paying any attention to me."


Then I asked the bank to pay that amount within 15 days. after that i got a cheque of Rs 30498/- only on sept-9-2008 that was not even one EMI of the amount.The EMI was 30918/- Rs and the bank collected 2 EMIs and an advanced DD from my kotak mahindra bank account and processing fee for the loan.
Now my issue is that why the rest of the amount has not been paid till date and also no one has inquired or told about this.Has the bank cleared this at his own without notifying me.
And the other issue is after that I applied for another home loan in aug-08

at the time of application I was told that the interest will be 11-12%.I was not given any offer letter before dispersement and after dispersement i got a letter in which the interest rate was 14%. then we called up the executives they said they will lower the rate of interest. but it was the same. the we have not paid the EMI again the bankers came they told us the same to lower the rate, just pay the due EMIs, we paid for that. again next month the rate was same we again stopped the EMI the again the banker came repeating and telling the same.still the rate is same and we have not paid 10-11 EMIs. the bankers use to come and we use to tell the same issue to them they all says that they will look into the matter but next time some other person use to come.and my issue remains the same.Now I want the bank to look into the matter and solve it.
and also i want to fully settle the loan, someone responsible should come to talk.I am not interested in continuing my relationship with your bank.otherwise i will go to courts for selllement

ICICI Bank — Receiving marketing phone calls regularly

I have been receiving frequent phone calls from the below numbers on my mobile phone, requesting to speak to my father claiming that they are calling from ICICI bank and offering additional services.

Firstly, my father does not have any account with ICICI bank and secondly he is not alive for the last 12 years.

I had explained the same several times and asked them to take me off the calling/solicitation list but without any use. In fact, one of them today said that they will not leave me and when I call back they hang up on me.

I am also a victim of ICICI bank, where my account has been hacked and the entire savings wiped off due to ICICI's insecure online security system.
Despite numerous calls and visits to the bank (Vikhroli branch); pullling up various managers and registering an FIR, the bank continues displaying its utterly shoddy and shockingly apathetic response to a customer's serious grivance. I hold accounts with other banks too(have unblemished bank records) and this has so far been the worst customer handling I've dealt with. Instead of being responsible for the security of money that customers trust it with, ICICI continues to run scot free, putting the entire responsibility for the same on me!Shockingly, the policemen who registered my case said that many such complaints keep coming up against ICICI, and that they wouldn't be surprised if insiders are involved.Shame on ICICI! It's high time Chanda Kochhar takes a serious view of the daily proceedings of the highly irresponsible and incompetant bank she heads.

It's a cry of frustration not only on account of the loss I have suffered but more because I feel cheated and abused as a customer. Since the voice of so many ICICI complainants apparently seemes to get drowned admist their pathetic, 'red tapeism' filled customer service (which keeps making the aggrieved customer run around in loops), I am contemplating staging a non violent protest in front of ICICI head quarters to ensure voices like mine are heard effectively.

ICICI Bank account hacked for fraudulent transactions

On 24th Aug-10 I received an SMS from ICICI Bank saying that ur account balance is Rs 1072.94/= at around 22:36pm.When I checked my ICICI account in ATM at Next Day I found that the balance was Rs72.94/= only.
I was surprised to see that, about 5 transaction was been made on 24th for Rs1000, Rs1000, Rs1000, Rs1000, Rs1000, respectively for a total amount of Rs5000/= (Five Thousand ) without my knowledge. I haven’t made any bill payment from my side and disclosed my ID or password to any of them. This is purely a internet fraud which has happened in my salary account.
Then I went to ICICI Bank (Govind Nagar Branch) and registered a complaint for the theft happened in my account with SR no SR[protected] There I didn’t got a proper response from the Branch, from there I raised a complaint to ICICI customer care and the nearby area Police station inspector didn’t received the complaint and said that this case has to be registered by ICICI bank saying that my customer has lost his amount through internet banking.

ICICI Bank — Not opening A/C

Myself Balkar Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Lal wants to bring to your kind notice that I am interested to open my saving Account in Una ( himachal ) for ICICI Bank for my financial transaction comfortable & I have already submitted my three very genuine & valid docucments which are required for the same & that are:
