ICICI BANK CREDIT CARDS LTD — BLOCKING OF CREDIT CARD W/O ANY REASON

Dear Sir/Madam,
my credit card no ([protected]). my november 2007 outstanding payment due date was 4th December and i submitted my payment on 29th November but Bank blocked my card for without any reason. My credit card limit is Rs. 10,000/- and i used only 5800/- so why bank blocked my card. when i make call to icici customer care they said me that card will activated after 14 days. so why i am suffering after making payment before due date.

ICICI Credit Card — telephone Bill payment through credit card without my concern

I'm holding ICICI platinum credit card. my airtel phone bill payment is linked to this credit card without my concern. As aresult i paid airtel bill twice. once through cash n once through credit card. Please stop this bill payment through credit card ASAP.

ICICI Credit Card — Cancellation of the card

Respected Sir,

Despite of our several instructions given to icici, till bills for using credit cards are coming to us while long before we informed to discontinue the service of bill's utility pay. Due to your non compliance you are enforcing us to pay heavy penalty for non-payments of the bills.

Hereby you are requested to immediate cancel the following cards and settle our account by waving the extra payments and penalties. We allready paid rs. 488/- by cheque on 04.05.08 as the remaining amt.

ICICI Credit Card — Requesting discounts on purchase

Dear sir, I am a user to ICICI credit card no:[protected] since 2005. I do many purchase on this card on Domestic and International.
Recently on 14th & 15th April also I have used this card at Malaysia. Frequently I do railway book. Planning to do Air booking also.
I also have two more other bank cards.Whenever I use other bank credit cards, they provide me discount on all purchase between 7.5% to 15%. - wereas no discount on ICICI card.
I except the same in ICICI also, if not i have to think before I swip your bank card for purchase. Hope you will apprecxiate my transcations rates and prompt payment made against your bill and provide me good discount on all my purchases with effect from 01st April 2008. Pl respond immediately

Since last few weeks I am receiving a fake SMS from ICICI bank credit card division stating that my credit card balance is due and I have to repay it immediatly. This is very surprising to me because I DONT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARD OF ICICI BANK. It seems that by mistalely you are sending me the bill SMS of some one else's account. If this is the case please take it very seriously and dont debit any amount from my account against such fake credit card. Otherwise I will have to complaint against your bank to consumer forum. Please make a note of this and handle this case as extreme emergency.

ICICI bank simply creating bill without buying any thing.
Actually I used to pay my mobile bill with direct payment.
But I never told them to pay my mobile bill.But they were saying
that we have payed this much bill and I have to pay that amount.
Why I want pay money?Who told them to pay, if they paid?

I am a customer for ICICI and my card number is [protected].
I have been transferred from Trivadrum to Kollam now.My issue here is I have to redeem my awards for my points earned for the usage of the card.
Your customer care is stating that they have no service in this area and my pin code is not matching and the same is out of service area.
I really don't understand what does this mean as my Showroom is in the heart of the city and there is an ICICI bank too which is near by.Please explain to me as to why there is no credit card service.

ICICI Credit cards — Blocked my bank account for credit card payment

Hi,

I had an ICICI Credit Card for almost 7 years which I was maintaning properly. Once I had to go onsite and there was some delay in the bill payments. That is when I decided to close the card as my onsite visits were supposed to continue. I approached the bank executives and negotiated with them for one time settlement (requested to reduce only the additional service charges and late payment fees and accepted to pay the total amount for which I had credit limit).

The total amount due was around 45-46K and finally they accepted to close for 40k. I have given as cheque to the ICICI bank executive on 27th May 2007 and surrendered the card by making it into pieces. At that time I have asked for thr closure letter. The executive said that since the payment was made in the form of cheque, he will give me the closure letter within 10 days as soon as the cheque is encashed. I believed on him but he never picked my phones after that. I have approached the bank for this but never got any response. After a couple of months, I went out of country on some assignment.

Finally yesterday I got a letter saying my bank account was blocked because I was not making any payments. I tried to withdraw funds from my bank but was not successful. The amount they have mentioned is 17+ K which I never used for.

This is ridiculous. How can they block the bank savings account without even informing us in advance? When I tried to approach 24 hrs customer service, it does not have an option to talk to the phone banking officer. When I called up the bank, they say it is our fault not to pay the charges on time. I have never seen this kind of behaviour from any of the banks. I had a personal loan at ICICI which has closed recently and I did not even know about that till they sent me the PDC's back along with the closure letter. My loans are clear and my bank account is 9 years old and never had any cheque bounces. They have questioned by credibility by doing this act. What should be my next step?
