[Resolved] ICICI Credit Cards — Worst Reward points system and poor service of ICICI | |
This is Bhaskar Polisetty from Chennai. I was using ICICI Credit Card since 2005. Recently I have been through the ICICI website and was came to know that there is Express rewards points program is available and as per the amount spent any card holder is eligible to get the points as per the amount spend on the card. As per the amount I have spend on my card during this Year, I came to know that, I am eligible for the express reward points since June, 2008. I called up almost 15-20 times to the ICICI call center requesting them to calculate the points properly and credit the reward points appropriately. I did not get the reward points and very poor response. The reward points system is not at all working properly. I am getting only normal points. I sent a mail as per the escalation process and was communicating since June, 2008. The complaint number is SR70847975. I have not get any positive response from ICICI. Finally I have forwarded the complaint to the Senior Manager, Quality - who is in the top level in the escalation process. But did not get any response. I don't really understand the attitude of ICICI, I don't know whether they have proper system in place for reward points or ICICI creates the policies just for show case. Don't know what to do? I have to get almost 700-1000 points for my card. This is the final resort and I am posting this complaint here. I am seriously thinking why can't I stop using this card.
