when customer care people called us for taking your icici pru.plan they convenced us for new plan,they told me this plan is under mediclaim plan which we required, who covers 3 lacs mediclaim with 4 family members...they gave us wrong information regarding their existed plan, they did not contact us, they didn't recd our call also,they swith off their mobile, we dont know about banch, branch manager & what is our exact policy?please help us. because of me my other friends took this policy also.they asked me always. your tel.operator always called us when they want to conye us,please tell me what to do?
