regarding loan amount and orignal registry papers submited at the time of recieving loan amount

Dear Sir,
I have taken a loan amount of Rs 1lac and get it enhanced to Rs 4lac making a total of Rs 5.00lacs.In the year 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 when I got my statement of EMI's, I found that the two certificates are showing different loan amount taken by me.Kindly clarify the status.Also clarify that the orignal registry papers submitted to icici is in safe custudy.My file number is 421760 and loan account number is LUK 350688.
