Original property papers pending

Dear,

i have given written request regarding my orginal property papers retrieval in banking ombudsman ref no-201011014002721 dtd-01/10/2010 in icici ref no SR15320663 dtd 25/09/200 but till date no reply pls update what should i do as i want to sell this property.

Dear,

This is regarding my home loan from icici bank ltd account no LBNOD00001662036 which i have closed last year by two cheques one of 4950000/- and another of 22000/- approx but by mistake my cheque of 22000/- got bounced which was informed to me by icici after 3 months when i visited icici for my property papers,then i have requested them to take bounce charges and delay payment interest for this period but icici executive in sector 50 noida branch i.e. samta told me that you have to pay interest on whole outstanding amount and told me that your 4950000/- credited in miscellenous account.if my amount is deposited in icici then how icici can ask for interest on that amount.
to resolve this problem i have submitted complain in icici bank ltd complain no-SR153206653 dtd-25-09-2010 but still there is no update.
i have also submitted complain in banking ombudsman ref no 201011014002721 but still there is no update.
Kindly resolve this issue and help me getting my original property papers asap.
