"This is regarding the policy no-3005/w-1466146/00/000, in the name of Mr. Pramod ku. sharma dated as on 6th Jan 2010 which was made by customer care executive Ms. Jaya Laxmi. Basically she made wrong policy, this policy is actually in the name of Mr. Manu Dutt Sharma which was made by me and she misinterpret with the names thats why I cancel the policy and made a new one from her and she tell us that the policy will be cancelled within 24 hours and also refund the money, but after that policy was not cancelled by her, I also talk to Mr. Sanjay who is senior team member of your company, they give us so many reference no fopr this purpose but till now they are not able to cancel the policy and I even get the hard copy of policy through post. I request your customer support team to transfer line to any senior people who can handle this case properly but they are not ready to transfer calls. I request you to please help me on cancel the policy and try to improve the customer support team who are not capable to make correct policy. First they make wrong policy even we give the right information and after that they make wrong commitment.
