Hello Sir My name is Ram Avatar. I had taken a policy in the name of Anusha Shwaraj in March 2013 and i got jher treatment done from Fortis Hospital in September. She was admitted there for 5 days and when she got discharged i submitted a claim but my claim was not processed and i had to pay a huge sum of amount. I talked to customer care 18002666 hundred times but they only give us 2 hrs timeline and do nothing. My claim request number is[protected] and my phone number is [protected].
