[Resolved] ICICI — POLICY LAPSE DUE TO COMPANY FAULT | |||
I had deposit twenty thousand rupees by a single cheque for two policies[protected] &[protected] a 2nd premium in the year of 2007, but it was not shown in the policy[protected] showing cheque bounce ) while the other policy 03436059 had deposit of Rs.10000/- by the same cheque & it was all come to know during the deposit of 3rd premium because my cheque of Rs.20000/- was cleared by my acct. of canara bank,palwal. it was all cleared to the company but all in vain & policy is running lapse. i have done many effort but nobenefit till now. please help me.
