[Resolved] ICICI Prudential — Wrong Information Given | |
A guy V.K.Malhotra( no:[protected]) called from ICICI Prudential and provide me information about policy and said this policy specially launched by company for retired person. I have 4 policy with ICICI Prudential of Rs. 80,000 premium and i am paying premium from last 2 year reguarly without any fault. And guy ask me if you take one policy of Rs.50,000(one time payment) you need not to pay your 3 year premium of all 4 current running policys and you will get all payment after 3 year with 120% bonus( 4 running policy+ 1 new policy of 50,000), you will get all settlements documents of all 5 policy stated that your 4 policy premium ajusted in 5 policy in 140 days. When we receive documents of our new policy its shows Half Yearly mode payment. Then i call again to that guy and said policy paper shows that i need to pay premium on half yearly basis and you said that its a one time payment. That guy again told me that sir please wait for 140 days you will get your all documents from IRDA department. I wait for 140 days and then call back to guy and then that guy said me that sorry sir i have tired but IRDA departments not approved my requests and now you need to pay all premium of Rs. 50000 half yearly for 5 years and you also need to pay your 4 policy premium. This is not acceptable from a Such a reputated company. When i complain about this matter to ICICI prudential they said we are not responable for the fault and you need to pay your all 5 policy premium on time otherwise your policy will be lapsed and you will not get any payment from are side. Can any one help me on this so that i can get my Rs.50000( fraud policy) and pay my rest 4 policy premium. Thanks R.D.Bhargava [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
