[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential — policy pending for issuance due to papers lost by icici prudential twice

I applied for the policy on 6th jan 2011 online.
ICICI prudential people have collected all my documents twice and lost the documents both the times and still the issuance of the policy is awaited.

It is really shocking and unacceptable to provide the same set of documents again for the third time.
It's a mental harassment for me to follow up with icici prudential for so long without any mistake of mine.

Request a quick resolution for my policy issuance.
