ICICI Prudential Dynamic Plan Cumulative — Twice Instalment Debt

This is to inform you that under sing have a account with ICICI Prudentail. Account Number is 3986738/80. In the month of May,2010 they have debited my saving account twicely on 15th as
wall as on 17th for monthly Instalment.

We loged complant and complant number is[protected] dt.21.05.2010 but still they have not credited my saving account. In this connection we would like to inform you that they asking my saving bank account statement those i already mail to him but they probleum is still pending.

Pl. look this matter and advice to concern that return my monty without daily.
