[Resolved] ICICI- Prudential Life Insurance — regarding misplaced of my amount and not issuing my health saver policy | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rajesh Kumar Kesharwani, purchased ICICI PRU HEALTH SAVER policy for my family, which includes me my wife (Saritha kesharwani) and son (Namish kesharwani) on dated 29th August, 2011. Ø As according to company policy and need I have opted half yearly mode of Premium Paying Frequency at the time of submission of form and also submitted all the necessary documents together with two account payee cheque (1. Amount RS. 2500 and 2. Amount Rs. 5000 which is bearing cheque no. 657776 and 657777 respectively) and got conformation SMS from your company for only cheque no. 657776). The hurdle start with this-> Ø I have opted half yearly mode of premium at the time of submission of form. And company Allahabad branch operational in-charge has submitted my form on monthly basis premium mode without intimating me as a customer and my second cheque bearing amount Rs. 5000 given back to me after some time. Ø My son name was not included and by seeing scanned form it was found that operational in-charge has made a cross on my son name column without intimating me. At the mean time I got my policy via Blue dart courier bearing airway Bill number: [protected] and with policy number 15895953 on dated 19 September 2011. As this is my free look period so I visited to Allahabad branch many times for making clearance about my problems. The Allahabad branch operational head (Mr. Prabhat Kumar) told me that there is no option for half yearly mode. (But still mentioned in company online downloadable broacher: http://www.iciciprulife.com/public/Brochures/Health%20Saver%20Bro.pdf ). He suggested me regarding for addition of my kid in currently issued policy, need to fill up some forms and submit proof. I did all the necessary formalities and this time I have submitted my form for correction in my issued policy-> Ø Addition of my child name. Ø Mode of premium made yearly. (This time I have submitted one more cheque with the amount Rs. 12500 cheque no. 657778 and got conformation SMS from your company) This time company after tracking my information about my new policy, I found that again my policy with premium mode monthly and in PREMIUM PAID CERTIFICATE, information is only mentioned for my amount Rs. 2500 and no information about my amount Rs. 12500 (which is withdrawn from my account) I contacted customer care and they have updated me that the problem is arises from Allahabad branch and they can make clear you. Is this company policy or Allahabad branch policy that company operational in-charge can made any type of modification without intimating customer and made hurdle to general people like us? I want information about my cheque no. 657778 bearing amount Rs. 12500? I think this type of problem make people scared against such private companies.
