[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — ICICI Prulife changes user passwords | |
I found another strange problems, security issues with ICICI group, now with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. It changes user passwords for online transactions, without user consent, which can lead to fraudulent transactions. It caused me major losses when I tried to switch my funds, as I noticed that I could not login to the website. Fortunately, I accidentally noticed an email notification to one of my old email addresses informing me of password change 'as per your request', got me a shock. I never asked for this. I got my password reset through ICICI. To my shock, a few days later I again could not login, and found the same problem. After it repeated, I registered complaint with ICICI Prulife finally. Here is the final response from ICICI: There was a prompt inquiry, and this problem did not repeat again, however, I still had to bear all the losses. Investigations revealed that your contract number was erroneously populated instead the customer requesting the same and hence even after the same was reset the details were mailed to you at your address. I take this opportunity to thank you for highlighting the same to us. Instances such as this allow us the opportunity to identify our areas of improvement. I, Adarsh Sahai, ADV CODE: 00386776 had requested the item " CROMPTON MIXER JUICER - Model No. CG MJ" (item code - NC51)against redemption of my points on 07/02/2009. My Transaction number for this is: 524928.
The Above is still not delivered to me inspite of making many repeated complain to the ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE, Kanpur office.
I have been waiting for this item for three years.

I paid my premium through Axis Bank for policy No 03723086 on 13.12.2012 and I am unable to get online receipt besides receiving SMS request for payment of premium from ICICI PRULIFE. Kindly help.

Policy No. 17915578, with regard to this policy I have not given auto debit instruction, but still Irecived letter from u r company stating that it has been changed to E C S, I do not want make payment by this account as this account belongs to Mr.Gajanan Desai. So kindly detach the instruction or cancel the instruction.inform for any action taken, In future I want make the payment through account my .since i do not want to make the payment from his account.
