my friend Mr. sanjay Sharma have been taken a life insurance policy from ICICI Prudential life insurance in month of Dec 2007 Police details are given below :-

Sir/Madam,
Mr. Sharma have been submitted the free look request in the free look period & submit all the proofs to ICICI Prudential life insurance, he have been send 100 of request/mail to the ICICI Prudential life insurance via mail & telephone in last three years but he still haven’t receive my refund;

we have Requested to ICICI PRU LIFE to release the refund of Mr. Sharma as below mention (Rs. 40000/- premium, interest from 18/Dec/2007, compensation of Rs 100000/- (one lakes) mental & financial harassment of last three years, )

we are making followups with them from last three years but they are not giving us any proper response,
