PREMIUM PAID RECEIPT NOT YET RECEIVED AFTER 25 DAYS ?? SHAME
I WILL REQUIRE ORIGINAL HARD COPY OF COLOURED PRINTOUT OF PREMIUM RECEIPT AS PROOF OF SUBMISSION TO MY INCOMETAX DEPARTMENT FOR TAX REBATE PURPOSES.

muje 3rd primium paid kiye 1 month se jyada ho gya hai pr meri icici ajent mrs. rachna pathak meri recipt nhi de rhi hain. me 25- 30 baar mang chuka hu.
me jabalpur m.p. se hu.
mera naam ashish agrawal hai.
or mera policy no. 10518091 hai.
please help me...
