lifetime super — not getting online id and password

Dear Sir,

i have two policies of your company which are life time super and the policy numbers as below

When i am going to take online ulip statement of my both policies, i am not getting my id and password. when i had took this policies i had not submitted the Email id. So kindly update my email id as shown as per your table. and kindly send my customer online id and password on my this shown id.

You should create a account on iciciprulife.com. once it is created enroll all your policies. once the policies are enrolled, you can see all the details including fund value.

I have submitted lot of complaints related to my policy but I cant receive any details your end why ? I am very disagree.

I want to know my policy fund value . I have 2 policy of ICICI Prudential Life Ins. Please mail my fund value details. End of every month or End of every month Quarterly as you convenience.

You will have complete contact details of customer support over phone/internet on the back side of premium receipt or premium payment notification letter. Please do contact the number. I do that periodically and ICICI is helpful to provide the details. The primary policy holder should call the customer support.
